S.N. Mahindru (b.1930) he did his B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry from Delhi University in 1954 and Fellow of Institution of Chemistry (India) in 1978. He has vast experience in the area of quality Assurance and Food Laws. He worked as Chief Chemist, Regional Agmark Laboratories of Govt. of India for 34 Years.
